    • Work with the Product Team to gather requirements and expectations to develop, improve, and automate software tools used by the agency and users in their daily activities.
    • Perform research and analysis of tools and 3rd party APIs needed to develop and extend the agency systems. These tools and APIs include (but are not limited to) rich web-based text editors, PDF and Excel builders/readers, front-end libraries, material design components, and web reactive components, among others.

    • Conduct reviews and ensure data integrity of statistical and performance reports from DCF providers such as Miami Dade County Public Schools, Miami Dade College, Broward College, Jackson Memorial Health System, South Florida Workforce, Church World Services, Lutheran Services Florida among others.
    • Analyze business rules, performance measures, deliverables, and other benchmark metrics that DCF uses to report statistical data to the Federal government to sustain and receive federal dollars/ grants to support the agency programs and its users.
